BLACK PEPPER – Providing: Piperine. Increases absorption of curcumin by 2000%
Directions:
Just 1 capsule a day supports a healthy balanced diet. Do not take more than 3 in a day. Joint Aid contains fat soluble nutrients, so taking it with a meal containing fat will improve absorption. Joint Aid can be taken anytime of the day. Take it at the same time every day to build up a routine.
