CITRUS PULP – Providing: Whole food vitamin C. Because this vitamin C is in a whole food complex made from citrus fruits, it is complete with naturally occurring bioflavonoids. These bioflavonoids help with vitamin C absorption and also have their own health properties, such as supporting healthy blood circulation and treating allergies.
NUTRITIONAL YEAST – Providing: Whole food selenium and zinc. All Together Health’s food-based ingredients are raw and complete. Using carefully controlled low-heat conditions, they preserve all the naturally occurring goodness you find in fresh foods, like live enzymes and phytonutrients, amino acids, trace minerals and other bioactive co-factors.
LICHEN – Providing: Vitamin D3. Our plant based vitamin D3 is produced from lichen. It’s a small and unique organic species that contains one of the only plant-based source of the body’s preferred biologically active form (cholecalciferol).
BACILLUS COAGULANS – Providing: Friendly bacteria. Bacillus coagulans is a unique strain of good bacteria that can survive harsh conditions and higher temperatures than most other bacteria, meaning it’s fine to be stored at room temperature.
Directions:
1 capsule a day offers ongoing support to your immune system. Up to 3 capsules can be taken a day for extra support during illness. This formula contains fat soluble nutrients that are best absorbed with a meal containing fat. Immune can be taken anytime of the day. Try to find the best schedule to help you take it regularly.
