Apply morning and night to clean face, neck and décolleté with a cotton pad. Do not rinse off. Follow with a moisturizer.

Pure Bulgarian Rose Water + Rose Oil: soothing and refreshing rose water and rejuvenating rose oil gently tone and beautify skin, ensuring more youthful appearance. The fragrant duo has a positive effect on surface capillaries to help even skin tone and boost natural skin glow.
Bisabolol: super soothing action of Candea tree bark extract blocks the irritation resulting in melanin overproduction responsible for uneven skin pigmentation. Helps reduce visible effects of irritation and inflammation and brightens skin.
Essential Oil Blend: the deeply hydrating toner refreshes the senses with the floral-citrus notes of Rose Water (Rosa damascena), Mandarin and Sweet Orange.
