Description

InLight Amethyst Gua Sha is a luxurious amethyst massage tool that hugs the curves of your face simultaneously increasing blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, thereby encouraging skin health.

This ancient Chinese massage technique stimulates microcirculation of the soft tissue. When used on the face, the gentle pressure and strokes encourage energy flow whilst the smooth-edged stone facilitates the skin’s elasticity and tone.  Intended to address the flow of stagnant energy and promote wellness, Gua Sha massage has been traditionally used all over the body to reduce inflammation.

Each stone is sustainably sourced and artisan crafted,  therefore patterns and shapes may vary.

InLight Amethyst Gua Sha comes with a delightful cotton pouch, Step by Step ‘how to use’ leaflet and complimentary samples.

How to Use InLight Amethyst Gua Sha:

Step 1

Take a moment to breathe deeply, thereby connecting with the stone, and set intentions for your ritual.

Step 2

Apply your preferred moisturiser for best absorption and glide. We recommend InLight Face oil or Night Balm for the face, Neck firming Serum for the neck and décolleté.

Step 3

Hold the stone at a flat 15 degree angle, working gently and slowly, while applying feather light pressure. Support the skin with the other hand to avoid tugging. More detailed instructions on the perfect ritual are included with your stone. Wash with warm soapy water and cleanse with pink rock salt once per week.
