Ginger is a very stimulating and warming essential oil with a sweet-spicy, warm and earthy aroma. It is a great oil to use during the cold weather, and for a pre or post exercise massage to help comfort and revitalise tired muscles! This stimulating and energizing oil also helps to fight feelings of fatigue, and lethargy, and is famously used to help soothe nausea.

This oil is steam distilled from the dried freshly ground ginger roots. It is popular for use in toiletries, skincare, massage blends and festive fragrances.
