AROMATHERAPY – Steam distilled from the young leaves of the tree, Myrtle has a pleasant, fresh and clear aroma, it is similar to Eucalyptus in aroma and properties but is a more delicate oil.
BODY & MIND – Myrtle is a great oil to gently uplift the mood and settle the mind, however It is best known for its cleansing properties and use in steam inhalations.
DIY TIP – To gently clear and refresh the senses, try adding 2 drops Myrtle, 1 drop Roman Chamomile and 1 drop Lavender to a bowl of just-boiled water and inhale the vapours for a few minutes.
ROOM FRAGRANCE – Add to an oil burner or diffuser to create an uplifting and cleansed environment. Blends well with Cedarwood, Rosemary and Thyme.
