Alteya Hydrating Flower Toner helps purify skin from residual impurities, makeup, and pollution, leaving skin soft and luminous. Infused with youth-preserving Rose Water, deeply hydrating Hyaluronic Acid, and active Quince and Mullein extracts, it helps tone, soothe, and balance skin, and prepares it for further treatments.

Key Ingredients:
Rose Water: A gentle, soothing floral water known for its rejuvenating properties. It refreshes the skin and helps it regain its natural glow.

How to Use:
