Cornflower Water – refreshes and soothes the eyes.
Rose Water – tones the eyelids.
Chamomile Extract – soothes redness and irritation.
How to Use:
Use morning and/or evening. Apply gently using a cotton wool pad, starting with the eyebrows then the eyelashes. Do not rinse.
