This unique blend of magnesium and soothing plant extracts is here to help you relax, drift off easily and get your best sleep yet. Dreamy.

MINERAL RICH WATER – Providing: Magnesium.  Their magnesium is complete, containing all 5 natural forms of magnesium: oxide, hydroxide, sulfate, carbonate and chloride. This is because your body can easily recognise minerals when they’re taken from natural sources (rather than made synthetically).

HOPS – Providing: Hop extract.  Their hops are grown in France, where hops have been growing for centuries – and are only ever extracted using water.

GRIFFONIA SEED – Providing: 5-HTP.  Their non-GMO griffonia seeds are collected sustainably from their native origin in West Africa, and are extracted using just water.

 

 

Directions:

Take two capsules a day to help you sleep longer and deeper.  Your Night Time formula can be taken with or without food. If you find it causes any stomach discomfort, take it with food.  To benefit most from Night Time, take it 30 minutes before bed as part of your bedtime routine.
