Together Health Organic Iodine is made using one simple ingredient: 100% sustainably wild harvested ascophyllum seaweed, sourced from remote areas in Britain and the Nordic region. Their seaweed is not only super rich in iodine, but is brimming with all the necessary trace* minerals and micronutrients to deliver and metabolise iodine, including selenium, tyrosine, zinc, copper, vitamins A, B2, B3, B6 and C. Essentially, this means your body can absorb it easily.

Every last batch is certified organic and lab-tested to ensure standardised levels of iodine. Together Health also test for heavy metals, contaminants, microbes and pesticides to make sure you get maximum purity and consistency, every time.
In-keeping with the biomass assessments in all areas of harvesting, only the top 14 inches of the seaweed is cut. After cutting, they don’t return to that location for 4 years, just to be sure they don’t affect the ecosystem. In fact, even the air used to gently dry the seaweed is geothermally heated. This minimises the use of fossil fuels.
This is wild-harvested using cutters, not dredging, which means the seabed is not affected. And when it comes to harvesting operations, they work with local communities across all areas of production.

Just 1 capsule a day supports a healthy balanced diet. Do not take more than 3 in a day. Your Organic Iodine can be taken with or without food. If you find it causes any stomach discomfort, take it with food. You can take this anytime of the day. Try to take it at the same time everyday to build up a regular routine.
